She should be capable of using the Moving Earth Core technique by hype which should make her job here easier.

Hidan may be able to dodge but as long as he is standing on top of water, he'll get caught. Kurotsuchi can upset the terrain allowing her to destroy any ritual circle Hidan makes or simply lower him into a small area where Kurotsuchi is free to box him in.

I'm pretty sure Kabuto is faster and way more intelligent than Hidan yet he got caught so Hidan will also. Hidan can't escape the trap so Kurotsuchi wins by immobilizing her opponent.

Okay well I disagree with your first two statements. Base Kabuto is already as fast as Hidan. Him infused with Orochimaru's cells will obviously be faster.
