How did Kabuto create a false Rinnegan

I could speculate that he used an ordinary 3 tomoe and Madara essence or spirit did the rest as far as a MS. And due to the Edo form EMS isn't necessary since the body would most likely regenerate perfectly capable eyes after blindness.

But to make a false Rinnegan seems like something impossible
And if indeed possible brings the possibility to manufacturing them with any 3 tomoe and Hashi cells

Meaning Oro could have one if he wanted..
Making this hunt for Sasuke's pretty mundane if you can just ask Kabuto or Oro to make you a pair

Although, Kabuto and Orochimaru hypothesis was right, they were also wrong as Madara created those eyes due to being a reincarnation of Indra and mixing it with Hashriama's chakra, reincarnation of Ashura, bring about the Sage of Six Paths chakra.

It was a fake Rinnegan because it was a copy and therefore, did not possess the genetic material of the actual power.

The reason why people are brought back with their powers are because their actual bodies are used. All abilities are a part of the bodies
Pertaining to Doujutsu however these abilities are linked to the actual eye itself
Explain to me how Negato had the Rinnegan in his Edo form then maybe that question works better
Those weren't his original eyes so when he was brought back he shouldn't have had them

It's also a little weird that Edo Madara was revived with the Rinnegan, but the Rinne Tensei did not revive the Rinnegan. The layer makes sense, because the Rinnegan eyes where originally Izuna's, so Madara died without his "own" eyes (he even gave the Rinnegan away)... but in that case, why did he still have the Hashirama cells, and still have control over the Rinnegan's rods?
