Boku no Hero has potential if it gets an anime by a good studio. Although the series isn't that special IMO, it does have hype.

Tokyo Ghoul Season Two would have been it, if it followed the manga fully, too bad they went with "Root A (Followed the manga but with minor changes and a huge chunk of story, character development, and information cut off.)". So it ended up being average to bad.
