I know that I'm just saying you need that high level sensing to be able to teleport long distances. Remember Minato and Tobirama could feel Naruto and Madara's chakra from where they were at. It's like Goku's instant transmission.

No it's not,shunshin is enhanced footspeed via chakra it was already explained.

Shunshin isn't instant.

Hiraishin is instant, but that's only moving from point A to point B via seal. That doesn't mean Minato can move his body at the speed of light, run as fast as the Flash, nor react to Kizaru's movements.

Lemme debunk Kizaru's bum ass.. His reflex might not even be on par with Minato, he just moves at that speed. Once he lands he's back to slow-mode. Minato not only teleports, but also has great reflexes on his own.
