So Madara and Naruto are the only ones to accomplish their goals?

Madara's goal was to cast IT, which he did. Had it been what it was supposed to have been and he hadn't been betrayed , it would've gone 100% perfectly, but he still did accomplish mission. Naruto never gave up and ended up being homage. Everyone else either gave up, died, or changed their mind. Sasuke had so many goals, Nagato died instead of creating peace, obito changed his mind. Naruto and Madara did it.

Well Madara's true goal was world peace(the same as Naruto's), so technically neither has achieved their true objectives, but they did achieve their secondary objectives(Madara: Casting IT, Naruto: Becoming Hokage).

Madara soled everybody before plot soled him too. Gotta give him credit. He came, saw, and conquered the shinobi world within a day.

Most importantly, he didn't get talk-no-jutsu in the end.

Only because he stood on the shoulders of men who actually accomplished something.

Madara barely had any influence on his own success. He was driven by luck and the plots of others more intelligent than he.

Please, do not try to discredit him. History is written by the victors.

Queen Sakura wanted and got Lord Sasuke's D.
True. True.

Madara's goal was peace. IT was the opposite of peace.
Had it not been for kishi's rush to end the series, it would've been for peace. It's basically Naruto working his whole life to become homage and then realize the hokages job is to kill. He still did it.

Another excellent point.

hashirama also accomplished his goal. he wanted to create konoha and break the clan wars and he succeeded
Meh. Kinda sorta.

Well, Lee had the dream of becoming an excellent shinobi without the use of Ninjutsu and Genjustsu so he kinda succeeded.

OT, Madara and Naruto achieved the major dreams that's a given.
