[Tier] Tiers: Visual Kekkei Genkai Users

This tier list is taking into account each character's prime (that is, when they were at their best visually - for example, I just put "Sasuke," but that implies Rikudo Sasuke's form, not MS Sasuke nor 3T Sasuke). I will be specific for the character's whose best forms are arguable or need to be cleared out.

Why should indra be that high up when we don't even know what his ms/whatever does? Bar susanno(standard ms tech) he has nothing.

Ot: hinata goes above neji. Her taijutsu might be inferior but her doujutsu(which I was under the assumption of that being the only factor in this comparison) is vastly superior to his.

Hamura is below his brother and maybe madara, all he has is byakugan while the other two have bonafide rinnegan, and 3rd eyes.

He has an MS powered by Rikudo's Chakra, which he directly inherited from him. More powerful chakra powering up his Dojutsu=More powerful eyes than anyone a tier below him.

And again, Indra at the end of the day only has susanno.

I'm not talking about strength, cuz you can give anyone rikudou chakra and theyre instantly hax.

I'm talking about prowess. Like for instance, combining dojutsu with standard techs to create new techs or, mastery over dojutsu.

Let's use sasuke: his prowess with his doujutsu gave his s/t techniques, the ability to make ct without orbs, mix his amaterasu with his chidori, mix his chidori(and chidori senbon) with his Ps, mix ama with ps, etc etc etc.

Whereas on the flip side we don't even know if indra's ps has a sword.
