Well I don't think it's an uchiha at all. For one why would they want to kill sasuke who killed the guy that killed their entire clan? Second it looks like the eye was implanted surgically, third we haven't seen the main guys second sharingan. I'm guessing it's some kind of uchiha fanatic group that found danzous stack of sharingan
