Yes, if I'm not mistaken, he can use full size standing PS in EMS on the same scale without Kurama's chakra. What makes you think he can't? He even did it against Obito when he armored Kurama with PS, because in reality Sasuke's PS had nothing to do with Kurama's chakra, it was purely Sasuke's construct from his own chakra. What makes you think Kurama's chakra advanced the Susanoo to Perfect Susanoo? How exactly did Kurama's chakra affect the Susanoo anyway? And full size standing PS is a peak EMS ability, not obtained through Rinnegan or Kurama's chakra.

Oh sorry, I only read the first bit of your post. All I was saying is that his Standing Susano'O would logically be around the size of Edo Madara's without Kurama's chakra
