It would fail. Humans are impressionable creatures, eventually some people will start to admire sasuke's vision and work leading them to be hated as well.

In the end sasuke no longer becomes the only one hated, which brakes the foundation of his plan. We see this in real world history.

And sasuke would just kill them. Even if he was to fight against 100 ninjas who wanted to be hated just like sasuke, sasuke wouldve rofl stomped them all

Everlasting peace is never attainable. All ideals of peace will eventually fail. Madara summed it up perfectly:

"Man seeks peace, yet at the same time yearns for war. Thinking of peace whilst spilling blood is something only human could do. They’re two sides of the same coin."

"In this world, whenever there is light, there are also shadows. As long as the concept of winners exists, there must also be losers."

It was probably the best idea thought of realistically. I don't see how it could fail actually if Sasuke stuck to his resolve until the end. Everyone would stay united in order to fight him and all the hate would be focused on 1 person.

Kill them?
You do realize war is the opposite of peace, right?

Why do you want me to answer my own question to you? You proclaim cooperation as a fantasy, when cooperation has been one of the few elements to cease conflict in this world.
Obviously it's, hence the unions amongst the world and the trade amongst countries; foreign and domestic cooperation is happening.
People are less likely to fight when working together, that is they have stuff to lose as well.

I love how people say that, and don't realize that one of the reasons we haven't had another world war is because of cooperation between the major powers.

All they have to do is take a quick look at history when nations had zero cooperation or even communication with each other. Also there seems to be a misconception that a realistic approach has to be draconian or harsh while anything remotely diplomatic has to be a fantasy. I don't know if it's the internet or just delusion Zzz

We still have civil wars, people who live in porverty starved by their own governments, terrorists, slavery and the real reason the majors powers stay out of each others business is fear of nuclear warfare.
