And you're making up numbers. That was not said in the manga. Naruto can be effected by Genjutsu which would take the Kyuubi a few seconds to break him out of it.
The only thing that is instant in this manga is Minato,Tobirama,and Sasuke's teleportation.

what youre saying is fine but i just wanna correct one thing many translators even viz has stated that the you have little bijuu chakra is more along the lines of braging as in the beasts only gave you a small amount while i hold all their power

Also Itachi's eyes don't continously gather and give chakra to Sasuke as he fights, Itachi's eyes don't talk to Sasuke,and give him battle plans,and intel on his opponent like the Kyuubi did for Naruto.

Yes,and i covered this in my post - The Sage said Naruto had enough of the Bijuus chakra to end the Infinite Tsukuyomi before Sasuke started fighting Naruto, so ofcourse after using multiple techniques - Bijuudamas,multiple clones,and Kyuubu avatars, Naruto would lose more and more the Bijuus chakra.
