Well, Maybe not more chakra than Juubi jin but his chakra potency is greater. Madara had half of kurama but naruto has full kurama now and rikudou's chakra on top of that plus the additional eight bijuu chakra.
Did you meant Rikudou chakra as Hagoromo Chakra reserve or Six Path chakra.
If you meant Hagoromo chakra reserve, I dont think he has it anymore. He used all that chakra when fighting Kaguya, Madara and Sasuke. Whats left inside his body currently was his own Chakra reserve, Kurama chakra and other tailed beasts chakra if they give it to Naruto.
If you meant Six Path chakra, yes Naruto still has it.
Did Madara get Hagoromo chakra reserve when he awaken the Rinnegan. No right. He just get Six Path chakra.
Did Sasuke get Itachi chakra reserve when he implanted Itachi eyes. No right.
Take Kurama and Naruto as example.
Naruto when he used Kurama chakra, he can turned into Kurama chakra mode and above and also can used Kurama chakra on the line. But when Kurama out of chakra, Naruto reverted back into his Normal mode and need to waited for Kurama replenished his chakra before Naruto can used it again.
Same as Hagoromo chakra reserve cases. Naruto already used Hagoromo chakra to fight 3 people. And now that chakra is finished. And there is no way Naruto can replenished back all that Hagoromo chakra he previously held.
And Six Path chakra cant boast Naruto chakra to the level of Hagoromo chakra reserve.
Thats meant Naruto need Hagoromo to replenish his chakra and give it to him similar to how Kurama replenished his chakra and gave it to Naruto
To sum it up, No way combination of Naruto chakra, Six Path chakra, Full Kurama chakra and other tailed beasts Chakra can equal Hagoromo chakra reserve
