［英雄］七代目火影・ナルトが護る木ノ葉隠れの里。その英雄の息子にしてクソオヤジと忌み嫌う［神童］ボル ト。英雄の友・サスケはそれを見かね、少年の［師匠］となる事を志す。その旅人の娘にして少年の［戦友］と なるサラダ。そして新時代を生きる新たな忍たち……。

[HERO]- The Seventh Hokage, Naruto, protects Konohagakure Village. As that hero's son, the [Prodigy] Boruto loathes him as a shitty father. The hero's friend, Sasuke, can't stand it anymore. So he intends to become the boy's [Shishou]. As this traveler's daughter, Sarada becomes the boy's [Comrade in Arms]. And so, these new shinobi live in a new era....

Not exactly. That info only came first. Doesn't mean it happens in the storyline first.

Sasuke could have seen Boruto's behaviour and decided on mentoring him to set him straight.

Boruto comes along later to ask for permission and Sasuke says yes.

Or the other case:

Boruto asks him first, and then Sasuke thinks about how rude Boruto is being. Sasuke then says yes.

The movie synopsis doesn't tell us which order it is and when Sasuke decides to train him. Could be prior to Boruto asking or after.

I highly doubt OD confirmed the timing already. I've seen all her old translations and it doesn't indicate that. She's been busy lately and only talks to that other Reddit mod that she shares raws and spoilers with now...

You should get rid of the personal note part...OD never said that and even debunks it on Naruto forums: "There's nothing to indicate this. It's random speculation from whoever this tumblr user is. This summary doesn't confirm when Sasuke made his decision to help out Boruto (he could have made up his mind before or after Boruto asked him to train). And it doesn't indicate that he's still travelling post-Gaiden at all. It just calls him a 'traveler'. "-Organic Dinosaur.

This makes it sound like Sarada is also training with Sasuke. Possibly even before Boruto joins them.
