Momo no suke was inspired by momotaro and Ao Guang. His character design is an apparent nod to this in both his dragon form and his human form. But hus behavior towards women is a play on words and a quick reference to momotaro
Ill begin with thus.
Momonosuke means assistant of peach a nod to momotaro which means peach child but if separatef momo-no-suke means assistant of thighs a nod to his perversion towards two women (robin and nami) also in the myth momotaro he encounters to women bathing something he does with nami and robin as well.
Momotaro went to sea from his homeland with the assistance of three characters. A red dog a yellow monkey and a blue pheasant to fight and this foursome fought horned demons.
