No. It's so late now that it won't make any difference.

If she can handle not being in contact with him for 12 years and negative interaction prior to his leaving, I doubt that he could possibly do anything to make her move on.

It's also not as if her quality of life would change if she moved on. She'd be the same. Sasuke has been absent for years, she has been living as if she were single and not in a relationship from the get-go.

To add to that, we don't even know the true extent of any relationship they hypothetically have at this point.
