2.Darui(Raikage)
3.Gaara(Kazekage)
4.Choujuro(Mizukage)
5.Kurotsuchi(Tsuchikage)

Huh? Gaara isn't beating 3rd or 4th Raikage. Worst case they both outlast him easily but it probably won't get that far.

Darui over Gaara? What did you smoke? Darui is not kage level, he's just kage because they needed someone (the same for kakashi).

Naruto- Demi god level

Gaara- Kage level

The rest: Elite jonnin level (barely kage)
