How did shin achieve MS at a young age?

I believe shin or mystery man could be linked to Shisui due to shin MS in chapter 4.
And they also have sharingan minions and zetsu on their side.

Seeing how the baby-Juubi creature also had the same MS at the same time, I think both Shin and the creature are linked with the hooded man, who can somehow link his eye powers with other vessels similar to Pain.

So basically I think the 3T Sharingan and the MS are not really Shin's, but the hooded man's.
