The world of anime is full of crappy fathers this list is not in any particular order except one there is only one #1 Sh**iest father in anime.
Dr. Ikari
The guy's wife dies and instead of continuing to raise his son, he abandons the child to relatives and doesn't speak to his child again until he needs to use him. Even then he treats his kid like garbage and forces Shinji to kill his first friend.
Ging
Abandoned his kid because being a Hunter was more fun :| This dude literally had to have a room full of ppl to shame him so that he would finally spend time with his kid.
Honenhiem
Tbh, this dude is not a bad dad at all. In fact I love his character. Very true, this man abandoned his family, and during his absence his wife died causing his kids to try and use alchemy to try and bring her back, only for the elder brother to lose his arm and his leg and the younger brother to lose his body, but the dude had good reasons. He was trying to save the world from an evil that he had helped create and in the end Honenhiem even gave his life to protect his kids.
Sasuke
Left his wife and kid for twelve years and hasn't contacted them since. Y? we don't really know honestly. Still during his first reunion with his daughter he pointed his sword at her thinking she was the enemy :|

Torture is too good for this man!!!!
For the sake of keeping his job this man combined his wife with a dog turning her into Chimera. The only thing the beast said after having this being done to her was. "I want to die" the creature then refuse to eat and eventually died. Years later he would eventually do this again to keep his job, but to his own daughter and her dog. His daughter loved him more than anything. Even when his daughter became a monster she still continued to show love for him.
This procedure is irreversible and causes suffering to the transmuted creature
