How long has Kishi been planning to parallel Sasuke to Madara?

We first saw Madara as a statue at the end of part one. But, looking at choices for Sasuke's hair over the years, I wonder how long Kishi planned to make Sasuke look like Madara and fill the same role. Look at the hair in part 1. Sasuke's hair has spikes in the back kind of like Madara's. Then the curse seal comes around and his transformed form has hair grown out down his back just like Madara's. Then we see epilogue/gaiden Sasuke and his hair's bangs are almost identical to Madara's.
Both Madara's and Sasuke's hair hides something, in Madara's case his empty eye socket (temporarily) and Sasuke's covers his Rinnegan eye.

All this stuff just makes me wonder how long Kishi had the ending planned out in advance. Just food for thought.

Not in personality, in role. And parallel means they have similarities, not that they're identical.

Sasuke fights Naruto like Madara fights Hashirama. The're both Indra's transmigrants. Both had close relationships with their brothers. Both attained EMS and Rinnegan.

Personality wise they're very different, but they both fufill similar roles.

Basically I'm wondering how long Kishi planned this whole continuation of the will of fire vs curse of hatred and the transmigrant thing based on how, aesthetically, he hinted at a closer connection between Madara and Sasuke
