i have a recipe for the ultimate shinobi in NV

say current naruto was fused with current sasuke litterarly "like vegito" lets call him naruske

to add they seal the Jubi in "Narusuke" on top of that, hagoromo and hamuras power completely transfered into them, a mix of byakugan, teneseingan, sharingan, rinnegan, sharrinnegan and endowed with all kekkeigenkais, and kekkei totas in NV, plus narutos unique power of 9 seperate titled beasts and their kkgs and al the chakra in the world transfered into them, + hashiramas dna "wood release" etc..

as well as all the knowledge ever collected on ninjutsu and chakra, including theoretical and experimental "like orochimaros"


could someone like that take on base goku, hulk or superman ?

Nope. ultimate shinobi would be a rinnegan/sharingan user like Sasuke + time/space jutsu + all of 5th hokage's abilities. I would throw sage mode in it, but that just icing the cake.
