Dude, Minato and Kushina were in a barrier made by kushina with Kurama inside, the village is fine now. And AFTER the frog left kushina had a long speech to Naruto they had plenty of time. And all tobi had to do was kidnap naruto anytime between age 1 and 12 (when the series starts) he would have plently of opportunites especially with Naruto being alone all the time. hold him hostage and malnourished untill he can extract the kyuubi just like the other tailed beasts. The only reason the literally hundreds of options obito had to take Naruto didn't happen is because of plot. That's bad writing 101.

The Kyuubi he stabbed his claw right through Kushina,and Minato, then on the verge of death with just seconds to live they spoke their final words to Naruto.
The Akatsuki needed to seal all the Bijuu in order,and they were not ready to start doing that til Part 2. By stealing Naruto before then, that would alert all the other villages to hid their jins thus making it harder for the Akatsuki to get them.
it was better to go after them unexpectedly like they did in Part 2 when they were ready.

The infinite ftg seals that never disappear never make any sense to me. If he use 10 years to tag the whole world and everybody, he is even more invisible than kaguya
He can differentiate 1 trillion ftg seals he form in his life time and use it at will, he is more like god than kaguya

Dude, PLEASE go read chapter 504 they get stabbed THEN Minato summons the frog and tells it to go to jiraiya MINATO SURVIVES WITH KUSHINA LONG ENOUGH TO HAVE TOLD THE FROG MORE INFO. It wasn't as urgent as you're making it.
And no, the bijuu were being stolen and nobody cared even Deidara mentions this to Naruto. Deidara even says in chapter 266: "Two jinchuuriki have been defeated by my peers Their friends and those of their villages, it seems not a single one came to save them. Instead it appeared they were more on our side." Maybe u forgot but people hated the jins and didn't care about them. At the kage summit in chapter 458 mei says: "Just because the bijuu were taken doesn't mean we have immediate cause for alarm." Remember they didn't know why the bijuu were being taken. your damaga control is not suppotred by manga facts.
And they can hold Naruto and just seal kurama last there's nothing stopping them from doing that. they don't have to seal them as soon as they capture them.

Except that with naruto gone the jinchuriki were treated like that because at that time of partial peace they were nuisances but with the nine tails gone the leafs main military power there would of probably been a war for possesion of the leaf and the beast would become precious battle power to claim the leaf and then everybody would go to great lengths to protect their jinchuriky

Not true, you know who else know of Tobi? Itachi. Yet he while working for the Akatsuki for years and supposedly being a double-agent, he managed to provide NO vital information for the leaf.
