I find this like the question of the ultimate spear vs the ultimate shield the only reason Kakashi got through domu is b/c lightning beats earth. Can Sakura punch Kakuzu hard enough to damage him. Obviously the force of the puch would send him flying, but would it actually hurt him. We never saw the limits of it's durability. I know a lot of people don't like the databook, but it's the only info we have on the technique.
