As the recipient of Hagoromo's power, I do think Sasuke body is enhanced by that power up also albeit not to the level of Naruto body.

Sasuke is sent flying when weaken Naruto punch him but he still OK, but the difference when fresh RSM Naruto punch him is, Sasuke will send flying much further like what happen when DB character punch their opponents.

And if Sasuke body is weak, he will not survived indra arrow and TBB FRS explosion and fall down from high altitude.

Sasuke / Naruto survived explosion because Susanoo /avatar protected them and you can still see trace of Susanoo when he hit ground.
