I don't think he will try to kill her. I think him pointing a sword at her was enough, he may question her harshly and she realizes her imagination of how things would go was way wrong and probably thinks her dad is heartless. She runs away and gets captured finally though. that's what i think.

i agree with this. i think this will make naruto tell sasuke to come home and train the kids after this mission is over since he doesn't even recognize his own daughter. then the manga ends with a sasusaku reunion with sasuke cutting apples by her bed and sarada in the dorrway watching, then the movie comes out.
