But Naruto have been in the village the whole time raising his family and shit. So not really. All Naruto could do is master what he got or learn some new jutsu. Not get his on some spiritual weapons or create spiritual weapons.

Them spiritual weapons didn't come with Itachi's susanoo. He went somewhere to get them. orochimaru wasted years and years looking for totsuka blade. So There gotta be a place where you can get them or any other weapons.

Why does him being in the village limit his training process? And besides I think you're underestimating the library a little. A simple jutsu like Kage bunshin went to the level where naruto can literary multiply his power by countless number, so what I'm saying is that a simple jutsu would be godly in naruto's hands. There's also COAT(if he still has it)

Well he can always just absorb his chakra and add the power to his own jutsu. he can absorb and use jutsu at the same time like kurama said and use multiple paths at once like Nagato..

Out of all of the scroll in that library, orochimaru was only interested in edo tensei scroll. But yeah, a simple jutstu can be godly in Naruto's hands. But today's chapter ain't showing it. It seem like he just improve and mastered what he already know. But then again, we don't know. We will have to wait and see what these two shitty gods can do. Just don't sleep on Sasuke.
