Alright so basically, Zoro told Hajrudin to sleep well earlier, because when he'd wake up, the birdcage would be gone. With the recent chapter now, we see that this is not quite the case.

The colosseum fighters are all up again, but the birdcage is still there, only shrinking. This means that Zoro broke his promise to the giant and thus, he is a terrible liar spreading false hope and whatnot. v_v

PS: And then people talk about Usopp and sht...meeeh

He was counting on Luffy to finish Doflamingo meantime. It's Luffy who disappointed V_V
So it's Zoro's fault for making promises lol
U can't make a promise and if it does not work out dump it on another person
Luffy did not say those words, Zoro did.
Zoro's words are not the Law of opverse where everyone should bow to and follow
If u bet 100 euro on Barcelona to win against Valencia and Barcelona loses it's u who made the wrong bet not the team u choose for that dissapointed. the only thing dissapointing would be you're own bad lack of judgement

Zoro doesn't know there is someone that can heal people so it's not his fault. If he wasn't recovered thanks to Princess then he'd have woke up after the end of the battle which makes Zoro's word accurate based on the info he had on his hand while saying that. It wasn't a promise btw.

Not really, it's just Zoro having blind faith in Luffy. Even then it's not a fault of anyone. Luffy's going to stop BC just like Zoro said.

I seriously wonder who I despise the most: people who abandon all common sense to mindlessly idolize a character or the ones who do the same just to foulmouth one?

That was not even a real promise. He didn't say "I promise", this might as well be considered a prediction, a wish, a statement or something completely else. In the end it comes down to the intention of who said it and Zoro doesn't even know the guy, let alone making serious promises with him. Things like these have been said hundreds of times by dozens of characters, but for some reason you found it necessary to focus on that one specific thing Zoro said that had absolutely no value whatsoever, but make it seem like he is some kind of a chronic lier. He also said on Fishman Island that his attack would follow them to the ends of hell. Was that a promise? Would it actually do that? Of course not, don't be absurd. Oda continuously makes characters say things like that to give them personality, charisma and/or to create a specific atmosphere for the chapter.

This thread is utterly redundant and pointless and you are very well aware of that. It serves no purpose other than trying to get under the skin of people. Not to mention Hajrudin got healed by the Tontatta princess, so if you want to be technical you could say that he didn't wake up, he was woken up and thus that the non-existent promise was not broken. You can give so many twisted interpretations to this all it's not even funny anymore, but 'coincidently' you came with the 'Zoro is a liar one'.

Next time you come with the obvious intention of trolling, I will be kicking you out of this section as the only thing I hate as much as VS threads, are threads where characters get idolized or hated into the absurd.
