The databook says he has all nature manipulations plus he has hashi dna so he should be able to learn mokuton if he wants to. But, I dont think he ever will.

He also has that amazing life force when using chakra mode which basically enhances mokuton all around him. The signs point to him being able to learn it.

Naruto has Hashi cells, the Sage's yang chakra, Ashura's Yang chakra, Uzumaki genes,
and the tailed beasts. If he can't use mokuton then there's a serious issue here. However, there's
no guarantee that he is as experienced with the mokuton as Hashirama (although his RSM grants
"understanding of all things" so it wouldn't be surprising for him to pull out a shisuusenjuu considering
how easily he pulled off the difficult several tailed beast rasenshurikens right away).

So actually, now that I think about it, he can probably use it even better than Hashirama although it doesn't
suit him and it doesn't really help him.

DNA exists in white blood cells which is in the arm and it's already known that Tsunade made Naruto's arm from Hashirama's Cells e.g his white blood cells so yes they do contain his DNA the prequisite for Mokuton.

Since Naruto's prosthetic was created by Tsunade out of Zetsu cells, by every feat we've seen in this manga when someone's body is infused with the cells of Hashirama, yes Naruto has the ability to use it. (So do Orochimaru and Sasuke). However, using Wood Style has become so played out that I doubt anyone is going to go there. Naruto's abilities are fine on their own. (IMO giving Madara wood style was also extremely unecessary).

Kishi, or at least his twin brother, did something in his manga with replacement arms. In Seishi's manga they took on a life of their own.

The Arm has nothing to with anything I said if you understood any part of it which is obvious you didn't then you would see that. Go read up on white blood cells and maybe you'll be educated more on the subject

So basically , Mokuton=Hashirama.

Naruto has an arm made of Hashirama cells. He can learn Mokuton, just like Obito who had part of his body replaced with Hashirama cells.
