Well from a comical point of view Naruto and Sasuke training each others kid is golden.

The problem I see is that skill wise I doubt Naruto has much to offer towards Sarada(or any other genin except his own son). Her chakra reserves are probably not big enough for any of his heavy techniques and the chance that the girl has wind is probably pretty low because her parent's together have everything except wind(Sasuke Lightning, Fire and Sakura Earth, Water).

The last databook threw out that stuff as far as I know, Hinata to give another example has Lightning/Fire.

That means he can do every jutsu in theory, the question is did he ever bother do learn them though? He is pretty over-the-top destructive with just Kurama, Rasengans and everything the other biju have offered him. Honestly I doubt he looked much into something else.
