There are two possible scenarios here:
1. Kurama acted on his own with the arms. If that's the case, any credit hardly goes to Naruto for coolness. If that's so, then even Gaara could block kunais without looking back, all the way back in Part 1. No big deal.
2. Naruto used Kurama arms. Well, since he's in an upgraded sensing mode (don't know what mode, but it's a mixture of SM and BM definitely judging from those eyes), so obviously, upgrading to such power allows him sense things without looking back and block them with powerful chakra arms. It's a pity he needed SM to sense and BM to block kunai like things. Which again is not cool.

Interesting thing is that naruto doesn't even activate his BM/SM to sense them

4. EMS doesn't help heal his injuries.
5. Sasuke uses EMS's powers with his own chakra while Kurama gives Naruto tremendous amount of chakra to use its powers.
6. EMS doesn't act on its own to save Sasuke all the time.

With mere SM, naruto was able to locate every single shinobi on the battle field but he is not using his SM or BSM to locate the him and the hooded guy.

Naruto can't match Sasuke's feats. Sasuke could gain complete control over ALL 9 tailed beasts with just one glance which even stunned Hagoromo. Sasuke could simultaneously bind ALL 9 tailed beasts with CT. Naruto can't even come close to that level of power.

Also, when Sasuke collected the bijuus chakra in Susanoo, Kurama said he was practically on Sage's level. Naruto cannot boast of anything to match that caliber of power. Naruto has no parallel to Sage's powers.

And the ONLY reason he used their chakra was because he didn't have enough chakra to produce Indra's Arrow, which is HIS OWN TECHNIQUE. If he had enough chakra at that time, he wouldn't have relied on the bijuus at all, since the only thing he used the bijuus chakra was to produce Indra's Arrow, and he could easily produced Indra's Arrow without their chakra if he had enough.

Plus, Sasuke only had the bijuus chakra as long as he had the Susanoo, which means after the Susanoo got destroyed by the massive clash of Indra's Arrow and the gigantic supercharged Rasenshurikens, Sasuke no longer held possession of the "8.5" bijuus chakra. That's because Sasuke didn't absorb their chakra within himself. He only collected the bijuus' within Susanoo as a vessel. How can Sasuke have their chakra when the vessel holding them (Susanoo) has been destroyed?

Naruto's 0.5 bijuu is not just chakra, its a complete arsenal of power unlike Sasuke's 8.5 bijuus who are just chakra. And it stayed with him the entire time, not just for one jutsu like Sasuke's 8.5 bijuus. And 0.5 bijuu is their to collect all the surrounding natural energy as well, unlike Sasuke's 8.5 bijuus. You don't see that Sasuke used the bijuus because he doesn't have anyone pumping him with chakra all the time (not the he needs someone to do that, but he was weak at that time, he could have easily dealt with any opponent in a stand alone freshly started fight). That's what I mean by pathetic comprehension and reasoning.
