Considering the recent chapter, and in total of both Sasuke and Sakura's behavior and treatment of Sarada to the point where the former won't recognize her, I came to the conclusion that even Naruto himself is a better parental figure to Sarada than those two combined, just basing off his treatment of the girl throughout the entire recent chapter.
At least he did what Sakura refused to do, and that was to arrange for Sarada to meet her father.
I know there should be more to this, but seeing him as the only adult that actually treated her nicely and addressed her desire to meet up with her father (unlike her mother, and Shizune) actually makes him a better paternal figure in my book.
