There is his immense ferocity towards injustice, although he's very level headed most of the time

The name Dog fits Akainu due to his intensity
Pheasant fits Kuzan because it shows his lackadaisical and almost lazy attitude
Tiger fits Issho because he is level headed and yet very instinctive

Think about it, that worked for the first 3 Admirals(Aokiji/blue/Ice Akainu/red/magma Kizaru/yellow/light) but the first of the new Admirals doesn't match up Fujitora/purple/gravity. What connection do purple and gravity share? Besides his gravity waves being purple nothing about his skill relates to his color or code animal.

Side question is Kizaru still an Admiral? I assume the Admirals will have a new trio, Fuji, Ryokugyu and a third new person. The way people have been addressing them like calling them 4th admiral etc. has thrown me off. I see a lot of people saying they'd like to see a female Admiral, do you think Oda would incorporate Pink Rabbit from the SBS?

I saw your post about Akainu being like a dog and Kizaru like a monkey and I didn't disagree. I was speaking specifically about powers not relating to animal code names of Admirals.

Also where do you get this purple represents forcefulness, let alone that being common. Purple as I have always known it represents royalty/nobility. Neither of these sites about color agree with you

Most of the sites like this say it relates to spirituality or imagination. I imagine you'd be hard pressed to find a site that corroborates your assertion that purple = forcefulness.

I wasn't sure about Kizaru I don't recall any mention of him one way or the other that's why I was wondering. I wonder if he will leave to or if Oda plans to keep him as the third Admiral. It seems like a good time to switch the Admirals though I see no reason Kizaru would have left. I like Kizaru but I wouldn't mind seeing him replaced, there was a theory awhile back about the new Admirals being secondary colors(Purple,Green and Orange for those who are unsure) and I thought that sounded good.

Maybe something will happen, or may have already happened, that will make Kizaru angry or forceful. Red+yellow=Orange lol

I was one of the first people here to raise the secondary colours point. It's probably going to be Coby's colour. He's growing so fast now, it won't be long before he's a prominent Vice Admiral considering he can already use Haki

Purple in Japanese culture is the colour of authority and force. That's why gravity is always associated with purple in anime and Manga. And why many Daimyo's wore purple head dresses, as seen in Naruto and many Ancient Japanese paintings. That could be why you think it's a symbol of royalty. Either way works.

I'm curious about this now.
