I guess RSM doesn't require all 9 Bijuu to enter, which in hindsight made sense since he did pull it off in base mode without tapping into the Bijuu Chakra.

I consider it a different variant because he has access to TSB and is in contact with the other eight bijuu.

In the recent one he's only shown contact with Kurama.

But in the end it might just be BTSM in the end but with all 9 at once.

Sage Mode is just a bonus that add to your overall skill.

Six Path Sage Mode is the Sage of Six Path's chakra tripling the Sage Mode bonus's to levels unimaginable.

Also, the big whisker marking on Naruto's face means he has complete mastery of Kurama's chakra because of their relationship. The little whiskers means he is not in Kurama Mode or it was incomplete.

TSB's are not connected to the Bijuu. But yeah this form is obviously weaker.

I disagree about RSM being only an advanced sage mode..it essentially is an advanced sage mode however not on its own,but through tailed beast's chakra that greatly enhances the sage mode thus creating rikudo senjutsu

Most likely indicating that all 9 bijuu are being incorporated into that form, like w/ JJ forms which have a similar seal.
