Nudity in Japan is not big deal as long it doesn't show the genitals and Kanchos are considered really juvenile.

In japan they have a serious where contestants get a hand job while trying to sing a song and get judged off of how much they nut and this airs on national tv so I'm not surprised most kids probably start watching shows like kissxsis at age 9 or even 10 that's why there are women are so freaky
