The Peak of the Naruto Series

I was just remembering that even though I was left disappointed with the ending of this series, Naruto will always be one of my favourite animes that invoked amazing feelings.



I honestly think that Naruto was a 9/10 or 10/10 all the way till the Five Kage Summit and then it declined.

The true peak of this series was the sequence of arcs that included:
-Jiraiya infiltrating the Rain Village
-Sasuke vs Itachi
-Jiraiya vs Pain/ Jiraiya's death
-Naruto's training

and then to cap it all of: Pain's invasion of the Leaf village

Jiraiya was my favourite character from the show and his death was perfectly animated:

Man, those were the best times to be a Naruto fan and I was glued to the show like never before. I really miss those days and sometimes, it makes me want to rewatch the series again(just won't watch the war though )

Yeah the War Arc never felt like a war tbh. Kishimoto needs to learn how to kill of characters.

This Manga used to be dark before it became about power rangers with chakra.

More like a Zombie Apocalypse arc. XD

I'd have to agree there. it really did take a decline after that now that I sit back and think about it. the only good parts past the invasion arc in my opinion is sasuke vs 5 kages, the tailed beast battle. sasuke and naruto vs obito and gai vs madara. and I'll add naruto vs sasuke just because I have a bunch that this will be the best animated fight in the entire series. I'm sure kishi will add more to the fight.

I agree, I can say without a doubt 1st part Naruto had me absorbed more than Shippuden.

The series never peaked. It was great at different times for different reasons; some people just keep with the evolution of the storyline and threw their toys out of their pram, and started to spout nonsense.
