This technique let's the user make two handseals and release an icy gust of wind which let's them push the flakes at extreme speed adding ice to them to make it one inch tall and razor sharp.
The sharp flakes are capable of drawing blood from the target.
Advantages
-the flakes do not damage the user if he is caught in the gust
-the gust of wind can be controlled the next turn after it was created
-this technique is hard to evade, leaving the opponent to only counter.
weakness
-only one other technique can be used in the same turn this is used.
I will use this technique in battle to pressure the opponent since the gust covers a large area and also because of the flakes, the opponnets wont want to counter with a fire technique.
is the gust ominidirectional?
(Hyouton: Kōri Kō Gihō)-Ice Release: Ice Propulsion Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 15 (-5 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: When standing on ice, the user forces chakra from their feet in a manner that pushes them across the slick surface of the ice at an extreme speed. This works in a similar way to when someone uses chakra to push himself away from the ground with greater force. The difference is that the user releases the chakra without jumping, and it will simple propel them horizontally across the surface of the ice, without moving them into the air. The user is able to travel across long distances at great speed using this technique, but it only works if the user is standing on ice.
Provide an analysis and ask any questions you've got. o-o
Apparently. Is this where we get them Ice customs?
This technique lets the user propel himself horizontally over an ice surface at great speed.
I've got no questions.
Apparently.
Awesome, where do I start?!
You don't. Trying to drop a Yuki for any reason is grounds for permanent dismissal in my book. :^ )
