with common sense he should be able to ,it is like saying madara cant use ninjendo or kamui snipe due to laking the feats
With your logic ,kakashi can be sniped by madara either since kakashi has no feats of kamui cancelling.

Still, this fight ends up being Kakashi vs Obito unless Kakashi seriously wants to die by going back to Madara - this is what I mean:


Kakashi and Obito warp each other to the Kamui dimension and here, Kakashi stomps because of the Perfect Susano'o (remember, Obito can't become tangible in his dimension so he's a fodder here).

If Kakashi is dumb, he'll warp back to Juudara and get killed.

Dosen't matter if it's a humans head. It's a head. Thus its perfectly ok for kakashi to snipe madara since madara has a head. If we want to go by your original post you said :
