The fact that Lee, a bunch of faceless taijutsu specialists and Sasuke had to pull Kakashi's ass out of the fire, while Kakashi stood there paralyzed by fear; illustrates that there was nothing Kakashi could do. Sasuke solo'ed half the meteor with a chidori. A jutsu Kakashi can no longer safely use without his sharingan.

kakashi can use susano if he had the sharingan in both eyes but now he does not have a sharingan even in one eye so he probably can't use it again
