It's about interpretation. Deidara *somehow* trained to specifically break Sharingan Genjutsu. To do so, he'd have to have Sharingan Genjutsu placed on him eventually. And the only one who could do that to him is Itachi.
Not only that, but Sasuke broke Itachi's Tsukuyomi with 3-T. Was Itachi going easy on him? Yes. But Sasuke still broke a Mangekyō Genjutsu with his own Sharingan. Deidara countered Sasuke's Sharingan earlier. But as I said, interpretation, as we don't know exactly how far Itachi was going.

Only uchihas can break tsukuyomi. If dei gets caught, its over 110%.
