• Shisui Awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan and had a unique genjutsu known as Kotoamatsukami. Which can be considered as the strongest genjutsu in this series.
  
• Madara wasn't shown to actually use Mangekyo Sharingan in battle, but he was able use Perfect Susanoo with just Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.
  
• Sasuke on the other hand, hasn't shown anything unique except for Enton. Even with this ability, he hasn't actually defeated an opponent with it excluding White Zetsus. Inb4 some random fanboys says he defeated Bee, Nope he didn't capture him and almost got his ass whooped if not for Team Taka!

@bold He hardly used the Mangekyou Sharingan in that battle. Only one usage of it in the end got Killer Bee screaming like f***. And the genjutsu was cast through MS, but it was just a regular paralysis genjutsu, not Tsukuyomi or anything like that.

The reactivation time period (even the one day time period) is KA's biggest weakness. Otherwise, he'd have never gotten owned by someone like Danzo. Because speculating it, not being able to reactivate it could be the reason Danzo was able to steal Shisui's eyes.
