Konoha Impressions of Sasuke. Weak.

Everyone in konoha except maybe Sakura and Kakashi must think Sasuke is weak. And by weak I mean maybe kakashi's level. The new generation probably think he's just jonin level.

Most of Konoha 11 must know he's stronger than they are, but they would not realize by how much. They probably think kakashi can take him. Meanwhile, everyone must think Naruto is a god. It's just funny when I think about it.

Sasuke has pretty much been away for 12 years. No one knows just how strong he is. And the last time he was around(during the last) only kakashi saw him.

I also wonder what the new generation thinks of him. They've never met him of course, but they do know he's alive. I can't imagine they respect him, after all they know nothing about him. To them, he's just the guy that abandoned his family for whatever reason. We know they seriously respect naruto(except maybe bolt). He's the one who defeated kaguya(or so the story would go, I really think they left sasuke out of the tale).

I can just see sasuke doing something seriously cool in the next few chapters and cho cho saying to sarada

"Woah, that's your dad? He's my dad too"

What do you think of Sasuke's social status?

Remember when shikamaru and shizune were scare to talk bad about sasuke around Sakura.

I say that based on this. The way kakashi phrased it, it's like all everyone knows is that he helped undo IT and that's why he was pardoned. He says "naruto is the hero of the way" even though sasuke also fought kaguya. It just seems like not a lot is said about Sasuke.

Except few, nobody knows about sasuke that much after he gone rogue and also in the war he didn't do much before everybody got sucked into infinite tsukiyomi. So I think very few thinks high of him.

He wasn't discrediting sasuke, although it seemed like the war really started when sasuke walked in, it didn't , the war was much more that the jubbi and madara. Naruto helped with that

I'm not saying he was discrediting sasuke. kakashi was around for most of the fight. So he saw sasuke take part. But the rest of the world and konoha didn't see much of sasuke. They saw naruto though Cuz naruto was very active before everyone got put in IT. So the kages would have had to take kakashi's word for it (in a hearing). Kakashi is unlikely to go round spreading tales of sasuke. But other people who did see naruto would. That's why I think naruto would be way more revered. I know sasuke played a major part in the war. But majority of the people would not know this.

Also I'm saying that since sasuke is hardly ever seen and hardly spoken of, there is less chance for his through power to be known. Think about when Itachi came to konoha for the first time, no one had seen him since the uchiha massacre, probably hardly spoken about. Yet, kakashi, kurenai and asuma thought they stood a chance against him. Cuz no one knew his true power, not even close.

But if it's widely known he now possesses the rinnegan, then many people may think he's above hokage level. But even with this, what they think of his power would be nowhere near the perceived power level of naruto. Simply because everyone talks about naruto, everyone loves him, and they see him in action. Sasuke in comparison is a ghost. nobody sees him.

Even shin was sent to see how powerful sasuke is. I doubt he'd have to do that for naruto. Everybody knows.

Sasuke is strong. K11 and kakashi knows that
even if all fodders in the Shinobi World thinks that sasuke is weak.Fact will remain the same that he is strong.

Actually in the future people will be talking about him like they did about Hagoromo. A saviour with powerful eyes roaming the world and spreading knowledge, they won't know his name but they will have heard of his power and his relation to Sarada's descendants.
