So a basic Uchiha is now super powerful.

To think, all the powerups Madara, Obito, Sasuke and Naruto needed to reach that level, and some basic Uchiha kid attained it naturally lol

Well, given that Sasuke is over 1,000,000 times the power of a average shinobi, it is quite unusual that a regular Uchiha can evade Sasuke.

It means this Kid Uchiha is stronger than Hashirama, who was basically the strongest "natural" shinobi

anywho. the reason why Sasuke let him go is because:

first outside uchiha, of course hed have to be curious especially since they know of his brother

second, hes repenting all his past sins and would not kill anyone who poses a threat, or out of enjoyment.

lastly, why waste time on a fodder?

plus hed also try notify Naruto on what just went on since his main purpose is to explore and find out more about the world after the IT even.
