Isnt it so cute?

I really love her and Chou Chou's friendship! It's so genuine. You can tell Sarada truly enjoys the company of her companion on her journey

I thought Sarada was looking back at Boruto and ChoCho was wondering what she was smiling at. But it makes a lot of sense that the picture shows their friendship.

I was thinking ChoCho was wasting panels, but it's good to have her around cause when she gets slaughtered Sarada will awaken her Sharingan.
I'm quite happy that Chocho Akimichi seems to be a good nakama of Sasuke's daughter.
That makes me think that Chocho's role will be greater than Choji's role , that (plus the fact that Ino's daughter and Shikamaru's son have been shown more than necessarly) makes me think that Kishimoto is planning to expand on the Ino-Shika-Cho story.

Chocho's curiosity can be a good way to tell us the story of her ancestors and the story of the link between the Ino-Shika-Cho clans.
Shika-Yin , Cho-Yang , Ino-Yin/Yang , why are those 3 very different clans linked for centuries?

That was talked about during their battle with Asuma, around chapter 533 in Choji's flashback i think.

No it wasn't , this chapter talks about the meaning of the earings , it doesn't talk about why the 3 clans are related.

This scan shows they are related for a very long time and very deeply , the Sarutobi clan is involved as a witness , but it doesn't explain why:

Maybe the original 3 just really liked each other so they were like "hey, let's keep this going"

lol, the girl with dark skin and light hair on the left of Sarada is Chocho not Boruto.

I know that.... But I get the feeling she is not looking at her, I think Sarada is looking back, barely watching at Boruto as she runs, and since Boruto is doing the same a few panels after, I think It's not a flawed interpretation.

Did I explain myself better?
