I'm not really familiar with the Naruto games, but I do like watching gameplay from time to time, so can anyone tell me how far of the story NS4 will cover in terms of characters? Like, will JJ Madara, Kaguya, AA Naruto and BPS Sasuke be playable?

It will cover the whole story of the Naruto Manga, The Last Naruto The Movie, and maybe even chapter 700( Boruto and Sarada), so yes these characters are pretty much 99% confirmed.

This Storm Game goes all the way to the end/final fight seeing as Naruto & Sasuke in the cover of this game are from

You'll probably be able to play as kaguya, jj madara, juubito etc. Even the Last Naruto & The Last Sasuke was already shown.

As for AA Naruto & BPS Sasuke. Those will probably only be their "ultimate jutsu's" you know Indras arrow & the BDRS & COFRS.

Most Likely you'll just play as RSM Naruto who can "awaken" And can use his kyuubi avatar.
While Rinnegan Sasuke probably "awakens" to PS
