No. sakura uses her chakra to create tactical diversions, not for cqc.
even Tsunade uses generic taijutsu in close quarters, only using a ''chakra punch'' to negate susano'o - a large scale ninjutsu
they certainly don't practice a fashioned ''style'' of combat either.
