All of the other kids have appeared in the newest manga and have names. This fool only appeared in the epilogue for, like, a panel... and he hasn't even been featured in the new manga yet.

It doesn't have to literally say word by word that that was his son. It's only natural to assume that he is Lee's son. . . that's it.

People are assuming that he is not Lee's son, because of Guy and Lee's relationship. . . and some people still think that Guy is Lee's father. . . bullshit.

Its a complete valid thought. For every other kid, we know who the parents are. We dont know this kid's mother, just because he looks like Lee means nothing as Lee looked like Gai. Kishi could have totally made the same situation again.
