Sarada was attacked by the enemy who was about to get her self killed until ChoCho risked her life to protect Sarada who is on the verge of death and Sarada awakened her Sharingan!!!

Once Sarada activates her Sharingan through Chou CHou, it pretty much confirms she is her best friend. Meaning she'll have to advance it through her, and possibly kill her too if MS is something Kishimoto wants to progress.

It has a lot going on between Sarada and Sasuke, I know it is a little bit obvious, but is very likely that her Sharingan awakening will have something to do with Sasuke.
