With this mini juubi spying around an "Uchiha";Sarada, makes sense into why Kaguya may need the chakra and soul of an Uchiha since Hamura was her son, who posses the heritage of Uchihas.

What do you think? Is Kaguya using Shin and his mysterious father to recreate the Infinite Tsukuyomi again??? And possibly Orochimaru has a say in it?

I do think it's a possibility because why would there be a mini juubi running around? But then again this might make the plot complicated for just ten chapters. So i'm 50/50 on this one.

It's an estimate, I think. Kishi has work with "Naruto" until summer in Japan. Already one break, the Boruto movie is summer, that's the last of it. There will probably be a few week/month break between the end of the Manga and the movie. There was already a break with the Golden Week.

Summer in Japan:
July 20 and usually lasts for around six weeks through the end of August

Boruto movie is in August, there are 3 chapters of Gaiden, or is it 4? I'm not reading, I think it's 3 though, anyway, about 8 chapters left that'd make 11 and a bit of a break before the movie.

There's a source for saying he has work left with Naruto until summer, from the prior happenings of a break before movie; it's pretty straight forward speculation. However, you would be correct, I think, I don't believe there to be a source on a confirmation of 10 chapters.

Only person with a Rinnegan that could possibly summon the Gedo Mazo is Sasuke, who has no reason to let Kaguya out.

Orochimaru has a part of his consciousness inside his Curse marks. The Orochimaru that Itachi sealed with Totsuka is still sealed.

Kaguya is still sealed.
