Rinnegan Glance genjutsu overlooked potential?

Usually it requires eye contact to put someone under a visual genjutsu, but Sasuke was able to put the 9 chakra monstrosities in a powerful genjutsu in a single glance.

The abundance of chakra contained in the nine bijuu shouldn't be far off the juubi I believe, so Sasuke can technically put the Juubi under his control with a single glance as well.

Now look at where I'm going with this.....



Naruto was able to share Kuramas chakra with the shinobi alliance and I'm going to round it out to about 1000- 5000 people to be fair....

However, Sasukes chakra control was said to be unrivaled and was on the sages level by Kurama.

It shouldn't be hard for Sasuke to take control of an army with a size 5000+ by a single glance, if lets say he was at this angle.

Furthermore his techniques can be transferred over to other fodder bodies and by doing so Sasuke can have rinnegan puppets look over entire villages if he desired. Of course this is without him ever having to step out of the forest...

Conclusion:

After overlooking these manga facts I can confidently conclude Sasuke has the ability to mass genjutsu the entire NV as we know it. It is similar to the scale of IT except Sasuke won't have to use the moon for anything.

NV? with one cast? nope. A town? Depending on the range of Sasuke's genjutsu. Turning them into puppets depends on what genjutsu Sasuke uses so that is possible, but I don't know if he will be able to treat them like the 6POP that Nagato had

Sasuke can't use genjutsu on the juubi, the juubi has the rinne sharingan, which is a superior eye to sasuke's rinnegan

Sasuke can't cast anything on the scale of IT because of the huge amount of chakra such a genjutsu requires, he would die from chakra exhaustion long before even 1/10th of the worlds population falls under his control.

Not one cast but a simultaneous cast nor can he turn them all into puppets. I think the most he can do the entire NV in one glance is put them to sleep like he did with sakura. When I said puppets I meant paths of pein to simultaneously gain a visual of everyone around the world. 9 chakra monstrosities was easy enough than a village should be childs play.

The Juubi might have the rinnesharigan but it cannot use its full power until it gains a host or turns into Kaguya. Sasuke would have no problem controlling it since it lacks control over its own chakra.
