How strong do you think the Hooded man is/is going to be?

Should Naruto and Sasuke fight the Hooded man how strong do you think he will be? Naruto and Sasuke are way more stronger than anyone else and are the 2 strongest characters by a longshot.

So I guess these things can happen:

-Hooded man is gona be strongest villain yet
-Naruto and Sasuke wont fight at full power
-Naruto and Sasuke wont fight the Hooded man(for whatever reason)
-Naruto will use Talk no Jutsu
-Naruto is gona use Harem no Jutsu to distract Hooded man and then finish him off
-Shin is gona pull a Zetsu and stab the Hooded man from behind, Shin becomes new main villain
-Naruto and Sasuke gona do Fusion dance and fight in Naruke Rikudou mode
