When Naruto and Sasuke were almost out of chakra but Naruto could still do a Rasengan and he charged at Sasuke but Sasuke pointed his hands down and knocked Naruto down. Was that the power of Sasukes rinnegan like something like what Pain(Yahiko) used when he pulled and pushed people away?
