why doesnt naruto wear his sm cloak?

but minatos cloak isnt the official outfit. the hokage cloak is just a white jacket.

His cloak says 7th Hokage which makes it his own cloak not Minato's and he's probably wearing it to honor his dad. For all we know Hinata made it for him just like the scarf or it was a gift from someone. It would be cool if he had another cloak that he switches with here and there, like an upgraded SM cloak but as Hokage he probably feels the one he has now is just right.
